Refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! All Sales are final, however we are understanding that issues out of our control can happen. Please email us if you have any questions (sometimes it can take a day or so to reply, we can also be reached on FB or Discord).

Damages and issues
All orders are insured, but customer must provide photographic evidence and hang on to packaging in case USPS/UPS/FedEx needs them for investigations.

We understand things out of our control happen, you can always email the above mentioned email with any questions.

Pre-Order Items
We DO NOT accept returns/refunds/cancelations on Pre-Order items, zero exceptions. Once the customer accepts the sale, that sale is FINAL!

Comics/Slabs
We do NOT accept returns, nor do we promise grades on ANY BOOKS (CGC Slabs are subject to grades as noted in specific sales pages). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. I.E. ANY ITEM that has a discount (automatic or applied at checkout) DOES NOT qualify for returns/exchanges/etc.
