This is the week of Batman apparantly, but also a good number of other awesome books. A lot of first apperances, and just other cool books!

Now let's get into it!

Batman #1

Ok, this is the BIG one for the fall. Matt and Jorge have been given free reign. This will be a start shift from Absolute Batman, but there is very much room for both (and even a third see below). Similar to Joker War, I think we are going to see some very cool stuff from this with a lot of new characters that do land a spot in the future continuity. The first issue is rumored to introduce some of them.

full disclosure, we DO have an exclusive for this with the amazing Riley Rossmo. This is not a driving factor in recommending, this book stands alone as something the entire team here is excited about and it would be top of the list as such!

Immortal Legend Batman #1

As I said above, there is enough room for mutliple batmans. This one is so starkly different and I have been excited about it since it was rumored earlier this year (or last year, hard to keep track).

Absolute Martian Manhunter #6

Ok so this one I will need y'all to correct me on if I am mistaken. I believe this is the first cover of the "White Martian" and also likely getting the Darkseid link in this issue etc. They are going to be taking a break and then continuing. Everything I have read from this series so far suggests it will be the big series to link everything. 

But I do believe this is the first actual cover for the White Martian and I don't know if many people have caught it.

Hello Darkness #14

Hello Darkness #14, this is a series I have had on the spec list a few times. This is a bit different as we are getting a first character apperance of a BIG character "Marian Heretic". This is going to be a HUGE series and issue #14 will have her first official apperance.

Given how heacy BOOM is on this, and how good it looks, I will also be recommending #1 when it drops.

Amazing Spider-Man #11

Another one with a first apperance, but it's hard to keep track of these with Spidey. I have this lower on the list because the series seems to add a new character every other issue. This one is of note because it looks to be a symbiote, but with a name choice of "symbie" I just have so many questions. None the less, I am excited because it's a new potential character in a spider-man book!

Deadpool/Batman #1

I've only linked the one here, but there are SO MANY awesome covers for this. This is the first DC/Marvel crossover in a VERY long time, we are being cautiously optimistic. It's on the recommended list because if this lands it has potential to set a very awesome new stage for a crossover partnership between the big 2!
Green Lantern #27

This is a funny one, I am not going to say much. Let's just say if they leave this as the actual final art, I think this will be a cover that might be sought after. 

Avengers #30

This one if here because seeing Stich carrying Thor's Hammer made me crack up and I love it haha. 

Absolute Wonder Woman #11

This is here because all the covers for this have been insane, and the series is just one of the best out right now!
