Exclusive Claims

As most of our Legend tier members know by now, we've changed how bi-monthly exclusives are claimed. Instead of you visiting the site and adding the bundle to your cart, you will now be sent an email with your bundle pre-prepared in an order. All you have to do is finish your payment of any related shipping and add-on costs to complete your claim. 

The previous bundles have been removed. If you're still missing or haven't claimed them, DM me - the details for which can be found at the bottom of this post.  

"Why have you done this?!"

The general idea is to ease and streamline the process of claiming for both you and us.

Now it's a simple click and order completion from an email for you, and the streamlined nature makes things much easier an less complicated for us on the order processing side of things too - which should also help exclusive orders fall through less cracks and get shipped out quicker as well.

Honestly, people mixing their claims with FOC and other orders and also claiming months later have been causing a lot of confusion and issues. This prevents that. 

"How do I get CGC grading and other add-ons?"

The current plan is for the email you receive will have a dropdown selector that will allow you to choose any and all add-ons before proceeding to payment.

The Mar/Apr 2025 claim did not have any additional options, so the first time we implement this will be with the upcoming Absolute Batman #9 claim. We hope it'll all go and work smoothly but even if it doesn't we'll of course do everything we can to ensure everyone gets what they want and it is all squared away. 

This will of course be a process of trial-and-error and improvement over time. 

"What if it's sent to spam or my email is changed/wrong?"

We'll of course be announcing - primarily via Discord for now - when emails are sent out. If you don't receive yours, please let us know and we'll work with you to rectify the issue. 

You can also now check and change your account's email by going to your account settings page. 

If you click on the "Claims" tab, you can see any outstanding draft orders and request a new email to be sent. 

(I know it doesn't look pretty but, as I've stated previously, we're still very much in beta and pretty will have to wait for now.)

If you're using gmail and the email is being sent to your spam or promotional folders, you can try to help it adjust by marking emails from us as Important (clicking the star). That should help the automated system get an idea that you want emails by us to not go to spam or promotional folders.  

"Does this mean you could do the same thing for my weekly FOC subs?!" 

Technically yes, but that opens up an entirely new can of worms that we're not going to deal with at this time. Trust us; it's still better for everyone if you take the time to click the "Grab Subscription Items!" button.
